Recovery 2.0
The interface of Twelve Step Recovery and yoga both on and off the mat is very dear to me. I created a program over fifteen years ago—The Yoga of Recovery—that explored the parallels between these two brilliant systems. This exploration is ongoing for me as recovery continues to be the platform upon which I live my life. I had an opportunity in September to offer my perspectives on these topics through a virtual conference.
It was a serious privilege to be a presenter in Tommy Rosen’s Recovery 2.0 conference. During this second time that Tommy’s conference ran, over 22,000 people from over 70 countries participated in this event.
