Meditation on Simplicity
I’ve been thinking about simplicity.
Then it got complicated!
HAAAAA.
I’m not so much talking about less stuff—
Yes, of course, of course.
We know that is
Super-important
For sanity.
Super-wise,
To reduce,
To release,
To let go of stuff.
Less clutter out there,
Means
Less clutter in here,
Inside
Our
Heads.
Of course.
Yes, of course, that.
I’m talking about:
Slowing down.
I’m talking about
Doing
One
Thing,
One thing
At
A
Time.
I’m talking about:
Slowing down.
Turning
Away from
The
Frenzy.
Turning
Toward
Stillness.
Turning away
From
The
More.
Turning
Toward
The
Abundance
Of
What
Is.
I’m talking about
Slowing down.
I’m talking
About
Being
Right
Here,
Right
In
This
moment.
Right here,
Right now,
With
Life
As
It
Is.

Dear Friends,
From my heart to your heart, here is a hopefully simple Meditation on Simplicity.
~~~
To remind our hearts of the essence, the spirit of the season, for this week, here is some simple music.
First, and always, the children, again and always, the children:
~~~
And now, one of my favorite-of-favorites, the Traveling Wilburys reminding us, It’s All Right:
~~~
Friends,
What can you do to bring simplicity into your day?
How can you make it easier, lighter, looser?
An easier, lighter, looser moment?
I just canceled afternoon plans
They were good plans
But
Their logistics were
Tricky
And potentially
Exhausting.
Victory!
Dear Friends,
In gratitude,
In possibility,
In hope,
Aruni
