What is Life~Works Mindfulness Coaching?
Coaching is a dynamic relationship in which your inherent brilliance is identified, supported, and developed. As we decide to work together, my job as your coach will be to help you isolate the arenas of your life in which you choose to grow, to strategize actions with you toward those goals, and to support you in manifesting change in your life. You will leave each of our sessions with an action plan that is manageable, success-filled, your own vision turned into right action. I will rely upon the yogic practice of being present in the moment, and fold it into the dynamic structure of coaching to insure your success.
How does it work?
Phone sessions are 50-minutes in length. They can be scheduled weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly, as your needs determine. During the sessions, your goals would be identified and discussed. Obstacles to your progress would be determined and both respectfully addressed. Your action plan will based in awareness and acceptance, in order to move you forward, and may include any area of your life. Sessions would be scheduled around your available times.
What is the structure?
Along with the phone contact, unlimited email contacts between sessions is offered, to enable you to keep focused on your mindfulness and actions. Individual payment schedules will be created for each client, and you will be billed according to that agreement.
What else might I need to know?
All information shared in the coaching sessions is confidential, as per the ethical guides of the International Coaching Federation, whose core competencies we fully adhere. Coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy.
