It Came to Pass. It Did Not Come to Stay.
It’s all true.
Sometimes the flow, so available,
Carries me
Almost
Effortlessly
Onward.
Sometimes the spring
In my step
Is magically,
Consistently
Available.
Until it isn’t.
Sometimes getting out of bed
Feels
Too
Hard.
Sometimes
Facing it all
Seems too much.
Sometimes it All
Is too much.
And—there’s a lot of All
To face
These days.
And then?
What to do?
To breathe.
To relax.
To notice.
To allow.
To do
The
Next
Best
Thing.
Then—
In its right timing,
Eventually
And
Inevitably,
It all changes.

The seasons show us how.
The birds teach us.
The trees?
Oh!
The brilliance
Of
The
Trees.
~~~
This week has been jam-packed
With things,
Real life events.
Friend Will ending his journey on earth.
Nik-the-Dog being injured.
So much happening.
So little,
Happening.
This song! In my heart, it is:
Poignant.
Lyrical.
Gently guiding.
Profoundly simple.
Simply profound.
Here are some simple words, my words, of a Meditation:
It Came to Pass. It Did Not Come to Stay
~~~
Dear Friends,
I dedicate this blog to Nijanand Will Nuessle.
A Kripalu founder,
Teacher and Heart,
A man of profound kindness,
He continues to teach us.
May his memory always be a blessing.
May all beings benefit from these words we share.
Aruni
