That’s what I’m wondering.
My mommies have calmed down a lot, after I had a talking-to with them.
Here’s what I am thinking:
If I’m tired, I’ll sleep.
If I want to yank my mom’s arm and pull her down the road to lake, I’ll yank.
If I can jump on the couch, I’ll jump.
If I can’t, I’ll cuddle up on the super-comfy rug.
If my belly hurts, I’ll shut my eyes and feel it.
If I’m hungry, I’ll troll through the house looking for nibblets.
If I’m too tired to get off my pillow, I won’t get off my pillow.
I mean, you guys, really?
You humans don’t know this stuff yet?
You don’t have to be a dog to figure this out.
Well, maybe you do.
I’m tired now—I’m going to chill out.
That’s the plan.
Bye—Your Friend,
