When they said “one day at a time”, they were not kidding.
Yet again, Lucy the Guru continues to teach me exactly what I need to be who I really am.
She is eating (wanting more), walking (insisting on longer), a tad slower and more cranky, but so very much: Lucy Doodle.
I want to understand. I want to know what It will look like–what will It be when she has another bleed–how long will It take.
And there is no knowing.
She continues to teach me to be here. To live here. To relax.
