Although our in-person programming has been interrupted due to the pandemic, what better time to practice and integrate the core teachings of presence and lovingkindness into our lives. Here are some ways that we can continue to study, explore, collaborate, and grow together.

In this program, we will consider the many faces of grief and practice body-centered techniques to notice, integrate and learn from its many lessons.

The program will run on the Wednesdays in August (5, 12, 19, 26), noon-1:15, EST. My intention is to craft the time in between sessions to practice what we are learning together, to weave these strategies into our lives.
